          据“大飞机”微信公众号消息，2026年4月16日下午，中国商用飞机有限责任公司专家咨询组专家、原“运-10”飞机副总设计师程不时同志遗体告别仪式在上海举行。程不时同志因病于2026年4月12日在上海华山医院逝世，享年96岁。
程不时生于1930年4月，湖南醴陵人。1947年考入清华大学航空工程系。毕业后，先后在重工业部设计处、二机部四局生产处、沈阳112厂等单位工作，历任设计员、主管工程师、总体组组长。1971年，调入“708工程”设计组，后在上海飞机设计研究所工作，先后担任总体组副组长、室主任、副总设计师、科技委副主任等职务。曾担任“歼教-1”总体设计师，主持“初教-6”等飞机总体设计，担任“运-10”飞机副总设计师及总体设计负责人、“运-12”飞机适航审定委员兼技术审定组组长。曾获全国科学大会奖，国家科学技术进步一等奖等。是第七届全国人民代表大会代表、第八届上海市人民代表大会代表。研究员，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
